I need another song to sing,
For this one has me broke and bored!
The good life that I thought I scored
Is so erratic in its swing!
The pain, depression, bickering…
Just whose right mind would write this tale?
Is there another one for sale,
A work of art to be and share,
Perhaps with somewhat less despair?
Yet I go on despite each fail!

I especially liked the line: “Just whose right mind would write this tale?” Best wishes.

I liked every line. My favorite part: “The good life that I thought I scored / Is so erratic in its swing!” But we keep going on, “despite each fail.” 🙂

Thank you! I didn’t want the whole poem to be depressing. 🙂
